This really is merely the nicest fan I've ever noticed. We wanted one thing special for our master bedroom after we raised our ceiling and this put the final touches on our remodel project. A month later, I raised the ceiling in my mother's master bedroom and she purchased the same fan and loves it as a lot as we do. With the amber cover, don't expect plenty of light output with this fan. It's not our main source of light in that room so it isn't an concern for us.
